Join us in taking a positive step forward. October is Mental Health Month.
One in five Australians will experience symptoms of mental illness this year.
One Foot Forward is a virtual walking challenge during October for Mental Health Month. It is a national campaign of solidarity engaging thousands of people in a positive step forward for mental health.
This October, NPSG Australia staff are taking part in the One Foot Forward challenge to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them. One in five Australians will experience symptoms of mental illness this year.
The funds raised for the Black Dog Institute, will go towards ground-breaking mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
