NPSG Australia presented its 2025 inaugural annual awards at the recent staff retreat, where everyone came together to celebrate the year and look ahead to 2026. The awards recognise staff who set the standard in the way they work on site and support others. NPSG Australia thanks Summit Recruitment for sponsoring this year’s awards and supporting the recognition of our people.

The Team Spirit Award: Heart of the Team went to Dayne Lawrance for how he supports the people around him and the positive energy he brings to every site. The Top Performer Award: Excellence in Action was presented to Chris Coote in recognition of his consistent delivery across a wide range of complex projects and his depth of knowledge.

The Trailblazer Award: Innovator of the Year was awarded to Costanzo Miglionico for his practical problem solving, process improvements, and the support he provides to colleagues. The One to Watch Award: Rising Star went to Daniel Pereira, whose rapid development and willingness to take on responsibility in his first year has stood out across multiple projects. The Safe Hands Award: Safety Champion was presented to Travis Jemmeson for the standard he sets around safety, particularly at DNS2 where NPSG Australia was the PCBU.

Together these award recipients reflect the values NPSG Australia expects on every site, strong teamwork, initiative, safe work practices, and a focus on delivering quality outcomes for our clients. “Our award recipients have helped make 2025 a successful year for NPSG Australia. They have lead by example on site, kept work moving in the right direction, and supported colleagues. I appreciate the work they have done and the commitment they continue to show,” says Managing Director, Tracey Wester.
